OSE MOURINHO has backed Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Robinho to spearhead AC Milan's charge for Champions League glory.
Real Madrid boss Mourinho reckons the arrival of the two superstars will see the Rossoneri push his own side all the way in this season's competition.
Ibrahimovic joined the Serie A giants in a £20million move from Barcelona while Robinho cut his ties with Manchester City to complete a £22m switch.
Mourinho will be keeping close tabs on their performances after Real were drawn with Milan in Group G of the Champions League.
And the former Chelsea boss admits the pair will add even more power to the Italians' frontline which already boasts Brazilian pair Ronaldinho and Alexandre Pato.
Mourinho said: "With Ibrahimovic and Robinho, this is another Milan.
"Robinho and Ibrahimovic are among the best in the world. Certainly Milan is much stronger than it was a year ago.
"The Rossoneri are among the teams that can win the Champions League."
But Mourinho insists he is keen to see his old side Inter Milan — who he guided to the Treble last term — see-off the threat of their neighbours in the trophy stakes.
He added: "I hope with all my heart that Inter wins the Scudetto, the Coppa Italia and the FIFA Club World Cup — but not the Champions League."
