Karim Benzema, French international striker of Real Madrid, injured his right ankle and left early training with the French team, as reported by the French sports daily L'Equipe on its website.

Benzema has suffered during the test while playing one sided game six against six. Following the inconvenience, his ankle had to be bandaged. According to French newspaper, he was the only notable incident in the day's workout. The players who played yesterday, as Hoarau, Cabaye and Rami, was limited to continuous career.

Having injuries and Lass Cristiano Ronaldo Diarra, both low in Portugal and France respectively, the Real Madrid this afternoon was a new shock to see Benzema leaving 'touched' the first training session led by Laurent Blanc in the French squad.
